what computer part handles loading web pages and which buffers video?

well go by a if scenario. so if the 2010 has 3.06ghz core 2 duo 4gb ddr3 nvidia 260gtx and 500gb hdd. is it right for me ( uses surfing web alot doing school work and gaming for about 1-2 years.) it doesnt have to be the highest settings. i want the 900p native resolution and high/med settings. will it handle that for the next 1-2 years. after that i will use my xbox (natal) for games . (how long will the mac last for surfing web fast for youtube, hulu..)

Where can I watch the O.C episodes online?
If I watch a Youtube video for too long, or if I play some game on my computer for too long, my computer almost freezes entirely. After 15 - 30 minutes of watching a Hulu video, for example, the web browser process and all these other processes started taking up so much more CPU and my computer was at 100%. When I ended the web browser process, and had nothing else running except for the task manager, the CPU was at 3% - 5% and there would be a spike up to about 30% every few seconds. After a period of about 15 - 20 minutes, the CPU would go down to 0% - 1% like normal, and I could resume normal activities. What's wrong with my computer? Or is the CPU just too slow? Recommendations?

Whether it's youtube, or a video news site. How long is too long for an ad to watch at the front of the video for you? Personally, 15 seconds is the max for me. If it's 30 seconds, I'll find something else to watch. The exception being shows that I really really like on hulu. What are your limits, or do you even have any?

I'm not taking about hulu.com, becuause I went there are there were good tv shows but all the movies were crap. so im talking about sites that have new popular movies that are in theaters. lots of the sites that I have been to tell me I have to install some kind of bar. Does it really work? It's hard to beleive that movies you have to pay to go see in a theater you can get on your computer for free. If they do work, what are some good ones that you use?what about sites that you don't have to sign up for?

Where can I find a website that allows me to watch full Glee episodes online? TVGlee.net doesn't work, because you have to fill out this survey. And because I'm in Canada, I can't watch them on FOX or Hulu. So, does anyone know a free, virus-free, no download website where I can watch all the episodes?
