Excuse me, I need a Christian opinion on this?
My boss blows me off when I confront here about a situation and does not want to listen to me.. I work at a child care center. We close at 6pm and I work in an infant room. It is 5:45, (my other staff member leaves at this time) I still have on child left and been doing this for a while staying in the infant room for 10-15 minutes by myself. My assistant boss told me that I am not allowed to be alone with a child. She wants me to take mystuff and go to another room to a preschool room because the sibling is in there. I can't put the child on the floor eather because the kids/staff were shoes. Very frustrating because didn't let me know this until the last minute. I am also responsale for closing the room, very hard when you have to wait until 5:30 to close the room because a child is to moble (other staff member helps). Developmentally it is not age appropriate. We have three staff at this time/situation. But on the other hand if we want to go for a walk outside we need two staff members. We are allowed to leave a staff member back to get bottles ready and if their is a couple sleeping. This does not seem right eather based on what my boss just told me tonight. I can also be left alone for a short time if I was feeding one and one was sleeping (as long as I am in 1:4 ratio) to have another staff member walk in the hallway if weather is bad and only have eight that day. Why would this be any different. Can anyone give me some help. Wouldn't I still be in ratio according to state regulations (Mi). Why do bosses have to be so meen. I need help please. Out of wits end and going home very stressed out and exaused. Any suggestions please.

How do I stop a fight?
i would like to be a rapper when i grow up and people tell me my written stuff is good. i can write a poem from the top of the head like that *snaps fingers* so i figure ill be a ghostwriter for a while. so is there any way i can get mystuff out there...nd if my written stuff is that good. in yalls opinion should i even rap or just focus on the career as a ghostwriter?

Is my girlfriend being shady? 5 months ago, we would hang out and go on each others phone (I had internet) (she had games). Even if she wanted to sleep I could use her phone, sometimes I go through text but like playfully like, "ohhhh who's this from..." and read it out loud. A month pass it was dec and she got the iphone, and through the month of dec I'd go on it a lot cause I wanted the phone, she still didn't care. in early feb I found out she was talking to this new guy, and at first I didn't care, cause they were talking about chipotle and tattoo's, then 2 days after that I'd use her phone as usual and she snatch it from me. I ask "what's wrong?", and she said "I don't like you going through my stuff" and I told her she didn't have a problem with it before, and you let everyone (guys and girls) go on it, and she said "so? I don't like people going through mystuff". So now we're on vacation and I was playing a game while she was watching the phone, and that guy sends her "good morning sunshine :-*", and she starts flipping out saying stuff like "its not like that, why don't you believe me?" and all I did was hand her the phone, I didn't even asking a question. So what I'm wondering is if this is really shady, and if so what to do?
